Consistency Is Hard, Networking Is Not: Week 2

Happy Friday, everyone!

I took a little time away from my account growth experiment, but I’m happy to share that Jared is healing in record time, his doctors are amazed by his recovery. In other (unfortunate) news, my grandpa is still dead. (Joke credit: Jared)

Over the past couple of weeks, here’s where things stand:

Growth update:

@Cheyennewatsonphotography: 30 followers (+11)

@noneofyourbeadswax: 108 followers (+9)

Challenges:

1. Staying consistent – If I want the algorithm to favor my content, consistency has to be a priority.

2. Coding – My website is still a mess. I went in thinking it would be like MySpace days… it is not. Definitely need to do more research than I initially expected.

   
   

Wins (earlier than expected):

1. Networking – Simply talking about my creative growth project in real life has gone a long way.

2. Booking photography sessions – This is my first time taking photography seriously, and just reaching out and planning shoots has already brought more exposure (no pun intended).
